Private tutoring subscriptions include two one-hour sessions available by appointment. There are no refunds or cancellations after making payment for the tutoring subscription. Once the books a tutoring session, the inability of the student to attend the scheduled tutoring session in no way alleviates the student from the session charges.
Scheduled tutoring sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival to the session does not extend the student's tutoring time. If the student misses the scheduled session and wishes to schedule additional tutoring, the student must purchase another subscription. Students attend private sessions via the Zoom platform and will receive access to their recorded sessions for the paid 30-day subscription period.
The provider, CJR Consulting LLC dba as The Loan Trainer, makes no warranties implied or expressed that students will pass their exam—absolutely no refunds.
