Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Rescheduling your classes

We do not refund payment for classes. You may reschedule one class one time without charge. Any subsequent changes require a $50 change fee per change. Please send us an email at support@theloantrainer.com to reschedule your class.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a reschedule.

Course cancellation and refunds

We reserve the right to cancel scheduled classes and cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from course cancellations.
Should we cancel a scheduled class, we will notify you as promptly as possible and will make reasonable accommodations to reschedule you. If we cannot reasonably accommodate your rescheduling needs, you may request a refund. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

First, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund posts to your account. If, after checking with your bank, and 30 calendar days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@theloantrainer.com.
